We are looking for enthusiastic Certified Dental Assistant/DA who values excellence, works with purpose, and wants to be part of a clinic that is building something long-term and meaningful.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage patient correspondence, including appointment reminders and follow-up communications
Support the team with administrative duties related to pediatrics or orthodontics as needed
Uphold confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting the dentists during a wide range of procedures (restorative, surgical, implants) some days have two-chair system (Dovetailing)
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to a high clinical standard,
Ensuring proper sterilization and infection control protocols
Taking digital X-rays and maintaining accurate clinical records
Supporting patient comfort and creating a positive experience
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

We’re looking for someone who:

Is a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with BCCOHP. Now called (LDA)
Is reliable, punctual, and consistent
Communicates clearly and professionally
Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Takes initiative and stays organized
Maintains a calm and positive attitude under pressure
Takes pride in delivering high-quality care
Digital Software experience is asset but we can provide training
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred but not required
Knowledge of dental assisting procedures is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to work well within a team while maintaining professionalism and compassion

Schedule:

Full-time / Part-time available
Alternate Evenings and Weekends may be required.

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
