Calling all Rockstar Pediatric Dental Hygienist!

Our mission is Simple: Make every child's visit simple, stress free and maybe even fun (yes, really). You'll be the superhero behind healthy little smiles-educating, cleaning and comforting kids of all ages while building trust with both patients and parents.

Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
Assist in the diagnosis of oral health issues by recording medical histories and documenting findings
Support the dental team during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure all dental instruments are properly sanitized
Manage patient records accurately using Abeldent software
Communicate effectively with patients, addressing questions and providing instructions for post-treatment care
Creating a calm, friendly and positive experience (even with nervous patients)
Working closely with an upbeat supportive dental team
Available evenings and weekends

Experience

Previous experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a Pediatric dental office setting is preferred
Knowledge of Abeldent practice management software is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental care is advantageous
Bilingual abilities are a plus, facilitating better communication with a broader patient demographic.

Love working with children (and have the patience to match it)

Pay: $38.19-$55.00 per hour
