Burlington Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an Expert Treatment Coordinator

Must have dental admin experience or be a seasoned dental office treatment coordinator

Do you have experience presenting dental treatment plans, getting treatment scheduled, and seeing treatment through to completion?

Estimated Time Commitment: 30-40hrs/week, Monday-Friday

Start-date: Immediately

Core Responsibilities & Daily Duties Case Presentation & Closing: Working with patients after the doctor’s exam to explain treatment, overcome objections, and gain commitment. Financial Arrangements: Discussing fees and payment options (e.g., insurance, fee for service) Following Up on Pending Treatment: Proactively engaging patients with diagnosed but uncompleted work. Key Traits for Success Communication Skills: Being friendly, outgoing, and able to convey enthusiasm for dental services. Confidence with Money: Comfortable discussing, and not averse to, discussing financial arrangements. Persistence: Following up consistently and not giving up on difficult cases. Technical Understanding: Translating dental jargon into layperson's terms to ensure patient understanding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
