Amazing Denturist Corp. is a family owned business. We have a professional and friendly, working environment and are looking to hire a local and motivated certified dental office receptionist to fill a full time position in our busy and established clinic in Abbotsford, BC from Monday to Friday, 8 am. to 4:30 pm. A qualified candidate must have the dental office receptionist certificate.

As our dental receptionist you will be responsible for:

Greeting patients and scheduling appointments
Answering to incoming calls and making outgoing phone calls
Managing patient charts and records
Sending/replying to emails/correspondence from patients and dentists
Accounts receivable
Following up with patients
Presenting treatment plans
Operatory turnover
Billing treatments to insurance companies
Daily housekeeping of the office

Previous experience of the above tasks is an asset. But we will also provide training for the right candidate.

We are looking for a team member with excellent customer service ability, friendly and positive attitude, attention to details, exceptional communication and organizational skills.
