Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice, as one of our associates is nearing retirement and cutting his his hours down. The position is three days a week now but will be full-time in the near future. The ideal candidate must be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Conduct a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

Proficiency in dental software systems such as Dentrix.
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Pay: $269,200.00-$300,717.00 per year
