Position: Full-Time Dental Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator
Location: Bathurst St. and St. Clair Ave. West
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day front office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage scheduling, patient communication, and office systems
Present and review treatment plans confidently with patients
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial arrangements
Support and motivate team members to maintain a positive and efficient workplace
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care
Handle billing, collections, and performance tracking as needed

Qualifications:

Previous dental office management or treatment coordinator experience required
Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance, and treatment planning
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with great time management
Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude

Pay: $33.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Experience:

Treatment Coordinator: 5 years (preferred)
Office management: 5 years (preferred)
