We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our family run and patient-focused dental practice. Position: Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

· Present and explain treatment plans and financial options to patients with clarity and empathy.

· Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and attention to case acceptance.

· Collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure seamless care coordination.

· Verify insurance benefits and submit pre-authorizations.

· Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality standards.

· Track case acceptance rates and proactively follow up on pending treatments.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental administrative role.

Knowledge and experience with Canadian Dental Care Plan estimates and procedures

Experience dealing with all various insurance companies, verbally and electronically

Excellent communicator to present treatment plans to patients.

Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance plans.

Proficiency with any dental software.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent patient care.
