Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our Brand New dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and comfort during their visits. This position requires a blend of clinical and administrative skills, making it essential for the candidate to be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care. This job will lead to Fulltime as the clinic grows.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary tools and materials.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all equipment is ready for use.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize office efficiency.
Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and managing patient inquiries.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.

Experience

Previous experience in dental assisting is a must.
GOLD SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
Experience in specialized areas such as Orthodontics or Pediatrics is advantageous but not required.
A strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
