Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our Brand New dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and comfort during their visits. This position requires a blend of clinical and administrative skills, making it essential for the candidate to be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care. This job will lead to Fulltime as the clinic grows.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary tools and materials.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all equipment is ready for use.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize office efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and managing patient inquiries.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
Experience
- Previous experience in dental assisting is a must.
- GOLD SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
- Experience in specialized areas such as Orthodontics or Pediatrics is advantageous but not required.
- A strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential for success in this role.
