Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times.
Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Assist with patient check-ins and check-outs in a dental office setting, if applicable.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Proficient in using computer systems, including Google Suite applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with dental office procedures.
Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
A positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential for this role.
