Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with patient check-ins and check-outs in a dental office setting, if applicable.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Google Suite applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with dental office procedures.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential for this role.
