What You’ll Do

Provide thorough dental examinations, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient base
Deliver high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, including fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions
Work confidently with adults and children, helping patients feel comfortable and informed at every visit
Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to create smooth, stress-free patient experiences
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options in a clear, compassionate way
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records using dental software (Paradigm, Dentrix)
Participate in the integration and use of CAD technology for restorative dentistry when applicable
Stay current with advances in dentistry and engage in continuing education to keep your skills sharp

What We’re Looking For

A valid dental license and eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist
Experience in a dental practice setting (or a strong foundation as a recent graduate)
Familiarity with Paradigm and/or Dentrix is an asset
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
A team player who values collaboration, professionalism, and high standards of care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $129,657.41-$633,255.60 per year
