What You’ll Do
- Provide thorough dental examinations, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient base
- Deliver high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, including fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions
- Work confidently with adults and children, helping patients feel comfortable and informed at every visit
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to create smooth, stress-free patient experiences
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options in a clear, compassionate way
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records using dental software (Paradigm, Dentrix)
- Participate in the integration and use of CAD technology for restorative dentistry when applicable
- Stay current with advances in dentistry and engage in continuing education to keep your skills sharp
What We’re Looking For
- A valid dental license and eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist
- Experience in a dental practice setting (or a strong foundation as a recent graduate)
- Familiarity with Paradigm and/or Dentrix is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $129,657.41-$633,255.60 per year
