We are seeking a confident, experienced Treatment Coordinator who can take ownership of case presentation, financial arrangements, insurance management, and accounts receivable.

We are looking for a highly organized professional who is comfortable discussing treatment fees, managing collections, and maintaining accountability for production and AR.

Key Responsibilities

Present orthodontic treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
Guide patients and parents through financial options and contractual agreements
Proactively follow up with pending patients to encourage case acceptance and answer questions
Take initiative in contacting unscheduled treatment plans and maintaining an active follow-up system
Verify insurance coverage and manage accurate claim submissions
Diligently follow up on outstanding insurance claims and patient balances
Maintain strong oversight of accounts receivable and take ownership of collections
Process payments and ensure financial documentation accuracy
Coordinate scheduling to support treatment flow and production goals
Work closely with the orthodontist and clinical team to ensure seamless case starts

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a dental or orthodontic office
Proven experience presenting treatment fees and financial arrangements
Strong proficiency in insurance submission and follow-up
Working knowledge of Dolphin software (strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of orthodontic terminology and treatment sequencing
Professional, confident communicator
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
