We are seeking a confident, experienced Treatment Coordinator who can take ownership of case presentation, financial arrangements, insurance management, and accounts receivable.
We are looking for a highly organized professional who is comfortable discussing treatment fees, managing collections, and maintaining accountability for production and AR.

Key Responsibilities
- Present orthodontic treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
- Guide patients and parents through financial options and contractual agreements
- Proactively follow up with pending patients to encourage case acceptance and answer questions
- Take initiative in contacting unscheduled treatment plans and maintaining an active follow-up system
- Verify insurance coverage and manage accurate claim submissions
- Diligently follow up on outstanding insurance claims and patient balances
- Maintain strong oversight of accounts receivable and take ownership of collections
- Process payments and ensure financial documentation accuracy
- Coordinate scheduling to support treatment flow and production goals
- Work closely with the orthodontist and clinical team to ensure seamless case starts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a dental or orthodontic office
- Proven experience presenting treatment fees and financial arrangements
- Strong proficiency in insurance submission and follow-up
- Working knowledge of Dolphin software (strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of orthodontic terminology and treatment sequencing
- Professional, confident communicator
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
