Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our dental office, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling administrative tasks. This opening for an individual with Dental reception experience only at a minimum of 1 year . Abeldent software experience is a plus

Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for dental services.
Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
Maintain accurate patient records , ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing inquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Communicate effectively with dental staff regarding patient needs and appointment schedules.
Utilize phone systems to coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers efficiently.

Requirements:

Recent graduate of dental administration or dental assisting whose main desire is to be a dental administrator though assisting skills can be used.
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using office software - though training will be provided and must be able to use computers efficiently as our office is digital.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a clear command of the English language.
A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a healthcare setting.
