✨ About the Role:
As our Assistant Office Manager, you’ll support the Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our practice. You’ll help coordinate patient care, manage scheduling, assist with billing and insurance, and ensure our patients have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Assist the Office Manager with administrative operations.
✔ Assist with scheduling, treatment planning, and patient follow-ups
✔ Support front desk staff with check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls
✔ Help manage patient accounts, insurance claims, and billing
✔ Maintain a smooth daily workflow for the team and doctors
✔ Contribute to a positive, efficient, and friendly work environment

Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in a dental office (administrative/management experience/assistant)
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities. ✅ Ability to help manage finances and budgets
✅ Knowledge of dental software systems, Microsoft Office, Excel
✅ A warm, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for patient care
