Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have experience in a dental or medical office environment. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly, providing exceptional service to our patients while managing staff and office procedures efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including patient scheduling, check-in/check-out processes, and handling phone inquiries.
Oversee the maintenance of electronic medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication among team members.
Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.
Train and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and office management.
Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic for scheduling, billing, and record keeping.
Ensure that the office adheres to health and safety regulations as well as infection control protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role within a dental or medical office setting is essential.
Familiarity with dental terminology and electronic dental records management is essential.
Proficient in using phone systems and various office equipment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is a plus.

Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
