JOB SUMMERY
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office procedures. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth workflow, maintaining patient satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks effectively.

Duties

Supervise front desk operations, ensuring efficient patient check-in and check-out processes.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to optimize office efficiency.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records using systems such as Dentrix or Epic.
Oversee billing processes, insurance verification, and collections to ensure financial accuracy.
Train and support staff in administrative duties, including the use of phone systems and electronic records management.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, organized office environment.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall patient experience.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry is essential.
Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix or Abeldent is highly desirable.
Strong administrative skills with experience in managing front desk operations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
