We’re looking for an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who thrives on building trust, guiding patients through their orthodontic journey, and celebrating life-changing results.

What You Bring:

Experience in orthodontics (required)
Success in a consult or treatment coordinator role (RDA not required)
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
Confidence in communication and conversions
Efficiency with computers, letters and timely follow up
A positive, “let’s make it happen” attitude
Passion for patient care and relationships
