We’re looking for an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who thrives on building trust, guiding patients through their orthodontic journey, and celebrating life-changing results.
What You Bring:
- Experience in orthodontics (required)
- Success in a consult or treatment coordinator role (RDA not required)
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in communication and conversions
- Efficiency with computers, letters and timely follow up
- A positive, “let’s make it happen” attitude
- Passion for patient care and relationships
