Job Summary
Our family owned and operated dental practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during treatments. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning by providing accurate medical histories and documenting patient information in Dentrix
- Collaborate with dentists to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Experience in a dental office setting preferred; proficiency with Dentrix is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care and comfort
Hours would be:
Mondays: 12pm-7pm
Tuesdays: 11am-7pm
Wednesday: 8am-4pm
