We are looking for self motivated, organized, outgoing, goal oriented full-time Hygiene Coordinators for our dental Call Centre in Edmonton. Management or leadership experience and skills will be considered an asset.
The office is open 7 days per week and shift flexibility is required as there will be early, afternoon and some weekend shifts. Responsibilities of a Hygiene Coordinator are as follows:
- Scheduling patient appointments via phone call, text message, email and website chat (cleanings and dental treatment)
- Answering incoming calls
- Confirming patient appointments
- Gathering patient information and updating computer charts
- Collecting and confirming patient insurance coverage
- Working closely with the dental clinics within our company to ensure high level patient care and all patient needs are met
The chosen candidate will be expected to assist the clinics in booking and maintaining the Dentist and Hygienist's schedules to ensure they are fully booked each day. You will be making a minimum of 8 outbound calls for booking per hour each day. Dental experience is an asset but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate for the job.
