We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join our growing team.
Position Overview
As an Endodontist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the dental pulp and root canals across all 18 locations of One Dental Management Corp. You will manage complex endodontic cases, including retreatments and apical surgeries, using state-of-the-art technology and techniques. This role is ideal for a specialist seeking a supportive, collaborative practice with a strong referral base and a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies
- Use advanced diagnostic tools for treatment planning
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists on interdisciplinary care
- Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes and follow RCDSO regulations
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Certified specialist in Endodontics
- Active license and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Proven experience in advanced root canal therapy and surgical endodontics
- Proficiency in operating microscopes and digital imaging tools
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Strong attention to detail and clinical precision
