We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our team in a dynamic medical office environment. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling inquiries.
- Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Utilize Clear dent and open dental for scheduling appointments and managing patient information.
- Assist with the coordination of patient flow within the dental office.
- Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to facilitate effective communication.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a positive patient experience and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
Skills
- Proficiency in front desk operations within a medical or dental office setting.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Clear dent and open dental.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate phone systems effectively for patient interactions.

Pay: $17.73-$34.47 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
