Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate: $24-$32.00

About Us:

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care in a warm, professional environment. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service and supporting the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out processes.
Phone Support: Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with appointment scheduling, cancellations, or rescheduling.
Patient Records: Maintain and update accurate patient information in the practice management software.
Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance details, obtain necessary authorizations, and ensure accurate billing information.
Billing and Payments: Collect payments from patients for services rendered, process insurance claims, and manage patient account balances.
General Administration: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed to support the dental team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
Knowledge of dental office operations, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification.
Proficiency in dental management software is a plus (e.g., Dentrix) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
