Dental Assistants / Dental Aides
Dental Receptionist/Administrator

FT or PT. Experience is an asset but not required. The ideal candidates are motivated, personable, adaptable and willing to learn. Most importantly, we are seeking individuals who can develop strong patient relationships, while helping us to provide a positive dental experience for every visit. We are happy to train and nurture successful candidates to grow with our clinic. Hourly rate will depend on experience and performance.

Description of Roles:

Dental Assistant/Aide

Responsibilities

Assist during procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
Sterilise instruments and follow infection control protocols
Support patient comfort and flow

Requirements

Organised, calm, and team-focused
Strong communication skills
Dental assisting experience preferred

Dental Receptionist/Administrator

Responsibilities

Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient enquiries
Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims
Maintain accurate patient records
Support the clinical team with efficient scheduling

Requirements

Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable with computers and multitasking
Calm, professional, and accountable
Dental or medical admin experience preferred

Hours: 20-40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $16.00-$35.00 per hour
