Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling shifts for team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
- Train new employees on office management processes and customer service protocols.
- Answer patient questions regarding procedures, timelines, insurance coverage, and financial options.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments in alignment with treatment needs as an when necessary.
- Review insurance benefits, submit pre-authorizations, and help patients maximize coverage.
- Discuss financial arrangements, set up payment plans, and collect necessary deposits.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure treatment details are properly documented in the practice management system.
- Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Tracker Dental Software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills to enhance client interactions.
- Previous experience in dental office management and/or dental receptionist is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to lead a team effectively.
