We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team of dedicated dental professionals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health is maintained and improved. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in Abeldent software.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in Abeldent software for patient management and record keeping.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
- Previous experience in dental hygiene or a similar role is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedure codes.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff.
