Wexford Dental is currently hiring a Part-time, energetic and hardworking Dental Hygienist to join our team of professionals at our clinic in Scarborough, near Lawrence Ave E and Warden. Our practice is completely digital and we perform all areas of dental treatment.
Availability: 4 days/week minimum
Responsibilities:
- Provide dental hygiene services such as teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Perform dental screenings and assessments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed.
- Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Maintaining inventory and ensure the cleanliness of work areas, perform equipment and instrument maintenance

About you:
- Registered or in process of registering with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- New graduates welcome
- Valid CPR Certification
- Experience with dental practice management software is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
