Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. Tuesdays, and alternate Saturdays to start. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting oral health education. This role requires a strong emphasis on customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
- Utilize Cleardent software for patient records management and appointment scheduling.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Assist in orthodontic procedures as needed, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide support in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a positive experience for younger patients.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental hygiene practices.
Requirements
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
- Experience with Cleardent software is preferred.
- Knowledge of orthodontics and pediatric dentistry is a plus.
- Previous dental office experience is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
