Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of dental health. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and specialized procedures.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics.
- Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision and care.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques.
Skills
- Proficiency in Abeldent dental software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to the field.
- Knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and medical imaging techniques.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry , along with familiarity with patient care protocols specific to children as well as adult
- Ability to perform complex procedures such as root canal therapy ,extraction etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of patient care and documentation.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
