Associate Dentist – Thorncliffe Dental (East York, Toronto, ON)

Thorncliffe Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our busy, full-service practice located inside East York Town Centre. You’ll be part of a collaborative, long-standing team that’s proud to provide exceptional care to a diverse, loyal patient base. This role offers immediate access to a full schedule, exposure to a wide range of procedures, and support from an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Wednesday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM or Thursday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Dedicated operatories: 2 on Saturdays, 2 on Wednesdays, 1 on Thursdays (shared overflow operatory for emergencies)
12 operatories | 10–12 running daily
Technology: Abledent PMS, iOS, Digital X-rays, Soft Tissue Laser, Videa Health
Location: Inside East York Town Centre (Thorncliffe Mall) with free parking and easy TTC access

Endodontics (basic & advanced)
Oral Surgery (basic & surgical cases)

Implant Dentistry
Invisalign (ortho in-house; Invisalign available for associate)
Sedation: Nitrous & Oral
Mentorship offered in Endo, Surgery, Implants, and Ortho
Strong emergency flow — ideal for providers confident managing urgent cases
Current associates average ~$3,500/day with significant patient demand and opportunity for growth.
High patient volume with immediate access to a full schedule

Collaborative team of 7 GPs, in-house Orthodontist, and Denturist
Upcoming aesthetic upgrades in 2026
Balanced billing model for CDCP; also supports ODSP, NIHB, Healthy Smiles, and IFH
Experienced General Dentist with strong clinical experience (ITDs with domestic experience welcome)
Confident in Endo, Oral Surgery, and Restorative care
Comfortable with emergency cases and fast-paced days
Strong communicator with a patient-first approach

About You:
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
