Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist (DDS) with at least 4–5 years of clinical experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of general dentistry, demonstrate excellent patient communication skills, and have a strong focus on providing high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Deliver a wide range of general dentistry procedures (restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, simple extractions, etc.)
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control, ethics, and professionalism
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active license in good standing with the RCDSO
- Minimum of 4–5 years of clinical practice experience in general dentistry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills
- Proficiency with dental technology and digital charting systems (experience with Dentrix)
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
