Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care and will be proficient in various dental procedures. Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including restorative, preventive, and emergency care.
- Utilize dental software such as Dentrix and Epic for patient management and record keeping.
- Provide pediatric dental care with an emphasis on creating a positive experience for young patients.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and follow-up care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Experience with medical terminology and familiarity with CAD technology is preferred.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
