Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM | 10 Saturdays per year
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our long-standing, family-focused dental practice in Brampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive and team-oriented environment.
About the Role
- Full-time position with growth potential into leadership
- Guide patients confidently through treatment planning and financial discussions
- Coordinate scheduling, insurance, billing, and patient communication
- Support smooth daily operations and patient flow
About the Practice
- Established, reputable office with a loyal patient base
- 5 operatories | 2 Dentists | 4 Part-Time Hygienists | 2 Admins | 3 Assistants
- Currently using Abeldent, transitioning to Akitu One
- Collaborative, positive, and patient-centered culture
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, organized, and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
- Available to start soon
