We’re looking for a dedicated, caring, and energetic Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and professional dental team! Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed with digital sensors.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Assist with patient examinations and accurately record findings in the dental management system.
- Collaborate closely with dentists and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure the cleanliness of all clinical areas during downtimes.
- Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Keep detailed documentation of procedures performed and patient progress.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with Oryx or similar dental management software.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse patient community.
- New graduates are welcome!
- Strong understanding of dental and medical terminology.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to infection control, sterilization standards, and patient safety.
