Responsibilities and tasks include, but not limited to the following:
-Going above and beyond standard expectations of patient experience and patient education.
-Passion for dentistry and offering patients exceptional dental education and patient experiences.
-Understanding the vision of elevated dental experiences and working together to refine what ideal dental appointments are.
- Provide dental care to patients of all ages.
-Craving for higher level of dental education and standards.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Complete and routine dental examinations
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients on oral health care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dental technology and techniques
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid and active RCDSO and CDA licenses and memberships
- Experience working with Epic or other electronic medical record (EMR) systems
-Some professional dental experience.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM technology for fabricating dental restorations
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Sterilization
-Hospitality oriented servie that goes above and beyond traditional dental office standards
-Open and willing to learn new techniques and technologies.
-Maintaining a close relationship with clinic director, assistants and practice owner
QUALIFICATIONS
- Have strong leadership qualities to handle any situation that may rise in matters of guest service so that guests are satisfied.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to communicate effortlessly and professionally to guests and staff in a warm manner.
- Ability to work under stressful situations, handling more than one task at a time.
- Have an outgoing and friendly personality
- Be guest service focused, and be attentive to detail.
- Be neat, professional and well groomed.
