Smiles Dental Group is the largest locally owned dental group in Edmonton. That scale matters if you are looking for a stable, high-volume practice. We are growing rapidly, this role is not tied to any single location. It exists because our core associates are choosing to work fewer shifts as their family and personal priorities evolve, and we support that balance. This position ensures patient schedules remain fully covered.
Full-time associates typically produce between $100,000 and $150,000 per month, with strong collections due to strong operational systems, and efficient flow. This role is for a dentist who wants consistent volume in a well-run operation. We serve over 65,000 active patients and add approximately 500 to 800 new patients each month.
You will work in a fully digital environment with CBCT, 3D printing, and experienced clinical and administrative staff who keep schedules moving without compromising care. Ambitious new graduates are also encouraged to apply. Mentorship is structured and intentional, focused on building real clinical competence quickly rather than leaving you to figure things out on your own.

We are looking for a dentist with strong communication, reliable treatment planning, and solid competence in core general dentistry. This includes extractions, molar endodontics, crown and bridge, and restorative procedures.
Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive diagnostics, preventive care, restorative treatment, surgical and endodontic procedures, accurate clinical documentation, and clear, honest treatment planning. You will work alongside experienced teams who expect efficiency and a high standard of care and who provide the same level of support in return. The exchange is straightforward.
