About Our Clinics:
Boasting 10 modern operatories equipped with cutting-edge technology throughout (CBCT, Sprintray, Itero, Trios), providing full surgical, Endo, Ortho and IV Sedation services in house. We are a one stop shop for patients and Associate Mentorship.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
Administer general and preventative dental care to patients of all ages.
Execute restorative and cosmetic procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and veneers.
Conduct oral surgeries and extractions when necessary.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Licensed to practice dentistry in the province of Alberta.
Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience, with proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures. New Grads will be considered.
Exceptional diagnostic and communication skills.
Strong commitment to patient care, comfort, and satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive compensation package at 40% Commission ranging from $400,000 to $600,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance. Dental production monthly of $100K+ on a full-time schedule.
