We are currently seeking a Temporary Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch dental services.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and a passion for helping others maintain their oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing of teeth.
- Conduct patient screenings and record medical histories.
- Take and develop dental X-rays.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care.
- Assist in diagnosing oral diseases and conditions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with dentists and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Proven experience as a dental hygienist with strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
- Proficiency in using dental equipment and Dentrix
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
