## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for patient care and assisting dental professionals in providing quality oral healthcare services.
## Duties
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software Abel
## Requirements
- Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assisting program
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Abeldent
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
