As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our clinical team and our patients, ensuring every step of their journey feels seamless, supportive, and positive. This is a full-time position with the following schedule:
Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Welcome patients warmly and build trust from their first interaction
Clearly and compassionately explain proposed treatment plans
Provide accurate cost estimates and review insurance coverage and payment options
Coordinate and schedule appointments to ensure timely, efficient care
Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team for seamless communication
Maintain accurate, organized patient records and treatment plans
Follow up with patients to answer questions and provide ongoing support
Verify insurance, process claims, and stay current on policies and procedures
A caring, empathetic communicator who enjoys helping others
At least 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare administrative role
Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and scheduling workflows
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Professional, discreet, and committed to patient confidentiality
