· Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an RDA II
· Leadership abilities
· Learning mindset
· Desire to work collaboratively with other team members
· Willingness to mentor other team members as needed
· Dependable, energetic, professional, organized, positive, with good soft skills
· Familiarity with Dentrix an asset
· Expanded duties (prosthodontic, probing, ortho) preferred

Salary range $31-35/hr, but for more experienced assistants- salary negotiation based on experience and skills
