Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
- Manage scheduling, patient communication, and front-desk coordination.
- Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies.
- Supervise and motivate office staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Oversee financial processes, including billing, collections, and insurance claims.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and team members.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize workflows and maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, admin Team lead or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., OPEN DENTAL).
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences.
