Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our full-time dental clinic in Victoria, BC. This position offers $63–$65 per hour, extended health benefits, and a supportive, patient-focused work environment. Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, polishing, and periodontal maintenance
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required
- Assess oral health conditions and accurately document findings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
- Ensure patient comfort throughout treatment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in British Columbia
- Minimum 1 year of dental hygienist experience
- CPR certification (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
