We’re expanding and looking for an experienced RDH (minimum 3 years) who wants more than just another chair.
This is a modern, busy practice with 35+ years of clinical history, strong demand, and big growth ahead. We’re fully equipped (Cavitron, Woodpecker air polishing, iTero, 3D imaging) and we are a Chrissy Ford–trained dental office with ongoing Ford Dental Institute education.
We want someone confident, clinically solid, and ready to be part of building a strong, consistent hygiene department.
What you’ll do
- Provide high-level preventive and periodontal care
- Contribute to hygiene systems, standards, and flow
- Support and mentor team members
- Work closely with dentists and management
- Be part of a growing, forward-moving clinic
You are
- An RDH with 3+ years of experience
- Reliable, motivated, and clinically strong
- Someone who sees growth as an opportunity, not stress
- Dentrix experience preferred
