Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and providing quality dental care to our patients. Hours are either Tuesday or Thursday 8:30-5:00 and Wednesday 12:30-8:00. If you are passionate about dentistry and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Conduct thorough oral examinations and assess patients' oral health
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions
- Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Dental Hygienist license
Dental Hygiene experience preferred but new grads welcome to apply.
