Associate Dentist – Part-Time (Opportunity for Growth)
We are a busy, well-established 5-operatory family non corporate dental practice seeking a confident, experienced Associate Dentist to join our supportive and collaborative team.
Schedule:
- Thursdays & Fridays
- Two Saturdays per month
- Potential to add additional days now or as needed
About the Practice:
- High-volume family dental office with strong new patient flow each month
- 3 full-time hygienists supporting a productive and efficient schedule
- Supportive, experienced team environment
- Focus on quality care and patient education
Position Requirements:
- Confident working both collaboratively with a team and independently as the sole dentist in the clinic on some days
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage a busy schedule
- Committed to excellent patient care and patient education
- Comfortable treating both adults and children
- Professional, positive, and patient-focused demeanor
Clinical Responsibilities Include:
- Complete exams and comprehensive treatment planning
- Restorative dentistry
- Crowns and bridges
- Simple and surgical extractions
- Working effectively with pediatric patients
- Maintaining high standards of care and communication
