Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high standards of quality and patient comfort. Duties
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments using clinical skills and diagnostic tools.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, utilizing expertise in general dentistry and pediatric care when applicable.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
- Utilize Tracker for patient records management, scheduling, and billing.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid dental license to practice as an Associate Dentist in the Province of BC
- Proven experience working in a dental clinic or office setting with familiarity using practice management software such as Tracker.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy and other general dentistry procedures confidently.
- Experience with pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and infection control protocols is highly desirable.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and effectively communicate treatment plans.

- Preferably one year of Canadian dental experience.
Ideal Candidate can work Wednesday 9-5 and Saturday 9-2 and other days if needed
